In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

  • We apologize in advanced, unfortunately we cannot accommodate children at the time being, please arrange child care before your appointment with us.

  • We work hard to provide a relaxing and luxurious experience. Please do not bring extra guests and refrain from talking on your cellphone. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Payment and Cancellations

We accept all major credit cards and cash is accepted.

  • if you need to cancel/reschedule or make any changes to your appointment please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes/cancellations not made within this timeframe will incur a loss of deposit.

  • Same day cancellation/no show the deposit will result in a loss of deposit.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, We may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Appointments over 15 minutes late will be cancelled and charged.

  • In the event you have a service package with us and do not show or cancel on time we have the right to deduct one of the services from your package.

  • Deposits are non refundable. If you cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe your deposit will stay in your account as a credit with no expiration date.

  • - Product returns must be done within 7 days of original purchased date of unopened products only and will be refunded as an account credit or Skinluxe gift card only.
